Cured Meatboxes
Shipping of cured meatboxes is £3.95 to the UK and Northern Ireland via RoyalMail tracked and aims to deliver within 2-3 business days.

For a subscription (which is charged monthly) the postage is charged for that single box along with the box payment.

The boxes contain on average £24 worth of product if bought retail.

 

Fresh Meatboxes
We deliver our meatboxes on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, shipping is £5.95 to the mainland UK will be delivered using a Next-Day service via DPD. Delivery is FREE on orders over £75.

You must also be available to receive your Meatbox delivery on the date and time that it is due, Meatbox will not accept any liability for Fresh Meatboxes left on door steps or out in the open if you are not available to receive them, nor will we accept responsibility for erroneous or incomplete address details provided when ordering.

DO NOT try and re-arrange a fresh meat delivery for another day, doing so will mean that your parcel will be disposed of. This is a Fresh item and is delivered on a strict 24 hour service with no re-delivery attempt options available. This is part of the terms of carriage set-out by DPD.

If you give this as a gift, please let the recipient know that it is coming. Meatbox cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to recipients not being available or contactable.

You must supply a contact number for the recipient so that delivery updates can be sent, or in case DPD need to contact you concerning your delivery and to provide you with your 1 hour delivery slot.

Fresh meat boxes are not available in some highland postcodes, channel Islands, IoM and NI due to the lack of a next day delivery option so unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the following postcode areas:

AB31-56, BT, EI, FK17-21, GY, JE, IM, IV, KV27, KW0-17, PA20-78, PA15-99, PO30, PH15-50, TR21-25, ZE.

Fresh meatbox orders can only be accepted on a Monday to Friday before 11am for next day delivery option. We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays.

ANY fresh meatbox orders made after Friday at Midday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank holidays).

Fresh meat orders are delivered in temperature controlled boxes with tho cool packs which will keep your order at the right temperature for up to 48hrs.

Refusing Deliveries
Occasionally there may be a delay in your delivery. DO NOT refuse it based on this, refused items are destroyed by DPD and will not be returned to us. Items sent to you are vacuum packed and transported in specialist packaging to keep the contents in the best condition.  Red meats such as lamb and beef are dated 10 days from being packed and sent to you, Pork is 7 days and Chicken 5 days. If you are concerned about your delivery from a timing perspective email us at sales@meatbox.com  with your order number and we will address these and refund any adversely affected items.


Shipping times

Subscriptions are shipped on the next working day following your order, unless it falls  falls on a weekend or public holiday, in which case your box will be shipped on the next working day. Past months’ boxes from the meatbox ‘Shop’ are shipped on the same working day if the order is received by us before mid-day, otherwise orders will be shipped the following working day.

Meatboxes are designed to fit through the average UK letterbox and we will send you a confirmation email when your box has been shipped.


Returns

In the unlikely case you receive a box with damaged treats or you are unhappy with your order in any way, please contact sales@meatbox.com and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

Please remember we aim to keep our site updated with all new brands we partner with. However, these partnerships are always changing, expanding and improving, so your box may be slightly different from the images or brands listed on our website.

When you email sales@meatbox.com, please include your full name, customer reference number, should look something like this: ‘#65678’ and what the issue is. We aim to reply to any emails within one working day. We will resolve your issue or provide a returns slip – whichever is most appropriate.
