How to use your Delivita dough
THE BEST WAY
1. Remove the dough balls from the freezer and place the frozen dough balls into fridge. Keep them in their separate bags and leave them in refrigeration at 4ºC overnight.
2. The next day, carefully remove the dough from their bags, Option 1 - dip them into a bowl full of flour and place them back onto a tray.dip them into a bowl full of flour and place them back onto a tray Option 2 - split the dough balls in half, make them into rounded dough balls,
3. Leave them out at room temperature (approx. 20ºC) for a minimum of 2 hours before making a pizza. (The dough must be covered at all times with a damp tea towel to prevent it from drying out).To get the best out of your dough ensure the dough ball is at room temperature (approx. 20ºC)
4. Have fun and stretch your dough using your hands, and start making your pizza.
5. Place your toppings and cook until ready.
THE QUICK WAY
1. Remove the dough balls from the freezer and lay the frozen dough balls onto a tray. Keep them in their separate bags.
2. Leave them out at room temperature (approx. 20ºC) for a minimum of 1 hour.
3. When defrosted, remove the dough balls from their bags carefully, dip them into a bowl full of flour, place them back onto a tray and leave for an extra 2 hours. (The dough must be covered at all times with a damp tea towel to prevent it from drying out).To get the best out of your dough ensure the dough ball is at room temperature (approx. 20ºC)
4. Have fun and stretch your dough using your hands, and start making your pizza.
5. Place your toppings and cook until ready.
