Our steaks are cut from beef is sourced from farms across the UK chosen for their high standards of farming and expertise in husbandry.

We choose the best beef from farms across Dorset. Our butchers hand cut them to order in gorgeous steaks: tomahawk streaks, sirloin steaks, fillet steaks, rib-eye steaks, rump steaks, t-bone steaks, flat iron steaks, porterhouse steaks and skirt steaks.

We only supply Grass-fed ethically reared beef that has been aged for a minimum of 21 days to ensure beautiful tasting, tender and sumptuous steaks.
