We choose the best beef from farms across Dorset. Our butchers hand cut them to order in gorgeous steaks: tomahawk streaks, sirloin steaks, fillet steaks, rib-eye steaks, rump steaks, t-bone steaks, flat iron steaks, porterhouse steaks and skirt steaks.
We only supply Grass-fed ethically reared beef that has been aged for a minimum of 21 days to ensure beautiful tasting, tender and sumptuous steaks.
