A succulent Rolled Shoulder of lamb Lamb, a true show-stopper.

Our Lamb comes from the Dorset/ Somerset borders and is all grass-fed as we believe that is what produces better quality tasting lamb. 

Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 170c or 150c Fan (Gas Mark 3). Then allow 40 minutes per 500g, plus 40 minutes.
