A beautifully prepared fillet steak, aged for a minimum of  21 days for extra flavour, succulence and tenderness.

Dry-ageing allows a series of processes to occur in the meat; enzymes break down the proteins, carbohydrates and fats, developing sweet and umami flavours. The evaporation of moisture from the meat further intensifies the flavours and the break down of sinew and connective tissue develops a superior tenderness.

We deliver mainland Nationwide via DPD Next Day from Tuesday to Friday for £5.95 and £9.95 for a Saturday delivery. Delivery is FREE on orders over £75, with a £5 surcharge for Saturday.

Fresh meatboxes are not available in some Highland postcodes, Channel Islands, IoM and Northern Ireland due to the lack of next-day delivery options.
